Job/Project Details: Quality Assurance Tester Needed for North Dallas Retailer!! Our client who is one of the leading retailers in the Dallas market is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Tester for a large project that is kicking off at the beginning of the year! This person will be responsible for generating and executing detailed test plans and test cases, plus generating the test result reports for distribution to the other teams to evaluate the deployment readiness. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and responsible for all testing aspects our client's OTP system. This person will also be responsible for assessing the overall quality of technical systems and working very closely with the management teams and internal customers to track problems to resolution and for verifying that effective solutions are in place without adverse impacts. We are looking for candidates that have excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid attention to detail; proven experience in a high-tech environment; ability to work alone or with a team and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong application testing background which could include retail systems (Point of Sale, Order Entry, Back Office Management, and/or Production Management) is strongly desired.
