Job/Project Details: Well-known Entertainment company in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Successful candidates will be energetic, organized, reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible supporting various executives and departments with coordinating travel arrangements, calendar management, answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing expense reports, booking conference rooms, composing correspondence, creating spreadsheets, database management, etc. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience working as an Administrative Assistant. Film/Entertainment experience preferred.
