Job/Project Details: Client on the North Side is seeking serveral candidates. The ideal candidate for the position will have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and one to two years of client service or client administration experience (a high school diploma may be substituted along with three to five years of relevant experience). The ability to identify problem situations and appropriate sources of information to effectively provide resolutions to our clients inquires. Possess strong PC skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-company, multi-system environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of 401(K) pension plans is a plus! Spanish is a plus. Our Client Care Center is open Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 8 PM. The first 9 weeks of employment will include training. The work hours for training are 8am-5pm. After training, new employees will be transferred to a work schedule of 11AM to 8PM. Once successful progression has been made, you may be able to move to other shifts.df-jb
