| Job/Project Details: |
Company close to the Downtown Los Angeles area is in need of a Temporary to Hire Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to support Sales Department. Day to day duties will include generating and running daily reports, processing expense reports, light correspondence, sending emails/memos, handling incoming phone calls, maintaining and ordering office supplies, calendaring and scheduling meetings, assist with creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, data entry, typing, filing, and various office projects and tasks as requested. Qualified candidates must be computer savvy with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, be extremely organized and detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication, possess ability to multi-task, excellent mathematical skills, and have at least 2 years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we are looking for individuals who are articulate, personable and have a professional demeanor. Reliable transportation is a must for this position. Pay is $14-16 per hour.
