Job/Project Details: Receptionist and Accounting Assistant needed ASAP. Should have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines. Somewhat familiar with Quickbooks and data entry, and able to follow AR/AP from collection calls to inputting payments and entering POs and receiving bills. HR experience a plus. Other projects will be assigned as needed, such as helping Customer Service create sales binders, and general duties such as cleaning the lunch room and making coffee will be daily tasks.
