Downtown Los Angeles Consultant Firm is in need of a self starter Temporary to Hire Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support multiple Executives. The Executive Assistant must have 4 or more years of recent executive support experience within a corporate environment. The Executive Assistant must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written, must be detail oriented, must take initiative and work with a sense of urgency. The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant includes: file management, correspondence and memo creation, travel arrangements, calendaring, preparation of expense reports, spreadsheets and other general office duties as required. Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Salary 40-45K year.
