Looking for an up-beat outgoing Receptionist for a busy Credit Union in Santa Ana. This person will be the first person clients, customers, and business associates will see. Ideal candidate needs to have professional demeanor as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Will be answering a busy 10-line phone system, assisting with various office duties (filing, faxing, mail correspondence, ect.). Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
