| Job/Project Details: |
Well-respected technology firm in Western Suffolk County seeks a temporary to permanent executive sales assistant. Job responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, drafting and/or modifying contractual terms and conditions of internal and external sales and service agreements, review of modified standard contracts or client drafted contracts to ensure consistency with corporate policies, guidelines and standards. Candidate must be capable of working independently and as a team member. Ability to prioritize and track contract documents to ensure timely processing as well as excellent and accurate drafting and proofreading skills are essential. This position will serve as the internal administrator for all customer quotes on service contracts and product purchases and will be responsible for coordinating efforts with the sales engineers, attorneys, accounting and marketing team members. Create, review and modify contracts/quotes as needed (in coordination with Sales force). This position will be responsible for generating and tracking provider agreements and amendments, from initial draft to full execution. This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the contract templates in our database. You will be overseeing adherence to workflow processes and policies and procedures for contracting.
