| Qualifications: |
Skills required to be successful in this role are including but, not limited to excellent and proven telephone skills required; make a volume of calls and handle potential customers in a professional and appropriate manner, ability to follow a scripted message and/or provide summary information via e-mail to potential customers; required, strong customer service skills required for internal and external customers. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, 2 + years of prior customer service or outbound calling experience needed, prior experience with MS Office products and a customer database software. There are a few schedules to pick from, a list is below. • Hours: 80 hours, over 9 business days with flex Friday or Monday• Hours: 7:30 to 5:00 or 8:30 to 6:00 or 10:00 to 7:30
