Job Requirements: • Demonstrated proficiency in several software applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook and Lotus Notes is a plus. • Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of executive calendar management and coordination, (including the use of Outlook) • Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic to identify key facts, explores alternatives, and proposes appropriate solutions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the use of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness • Must maintain confidential information • Develop relationships and interact with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism • Associate's degree (or equivalent) • Minimum of five years of experience • Strong knowledge of company administrative procedures is a plus
