| Qualifications: |
High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years of foodservice/distributor support function (office setting). Prefer purchasing or inventory related background. PROFIT, PRISM or PIM experience preferred. Desire experience with Data entry activities. Computer literate. Required proficiency in Microsoft applications. Researching, Organizational, Communication, Multi-tasking, Decision making. Analytical/Problem Solving; must have both alpha and numeric data entry skills with high degree of accuracy for data input. Detail-Oriented; Learn quickly in a fast-paced evnironment. Must have excellent cusomter service skills both berbal and written. Ability to compose appropriate written communications to internal customers and the vendors. Ability to communicate effectively by telephone. You will have the ability to work in team setting, be self directed and higly motivated. Good business and interpersonal skills. Should have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams.

Reading on will only get better. Adecco, the world leader in HR is greatly in need for a Product Set Up Coordinator. The Purpose of this position is to update existing ietems within the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure that existing product descriptions follow the correct formatting and include all the necessary attributes, extensive research is required. Your job duties will include to examin PIM for item discrepancies and update the records to include the correct information and formatting. Review PIM Classes, Categories and Groups and take ownership to ensure all items match the spec sheet/new item documentation from divisions or vendors. Verify documentation (manufacturer specification sheets) for all necessary requirements. Extensive research in PIM to determine if item already exists in system. Extensive research in PIM to ensure all items are within the correct PIM Class, Category and group. Maintain open communication with Category management, Buyers, Vendors. Maintain data integrity and communication through comments in PIM for division TM'sdf-jb |
