Job/Project Details: Adecco is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager. This position is available to start early December 2008. Please read the brief description below and submit a resume today! Responsible for the data entry, billing and A/R functions associated with a specific client as well as leading and directing a dedicated team of A/R professionals. • Recruit, train, performance appraisal, communicate goals. • Process Management-Implement specialty based business processing model. Assure quality in all business processes, and compliance guidelines. Monitor performance results. Knowledge of billing systems and procedures, specifically IDX (GE Centricity Business). • A/R Management - Achieve client revenue targets, analyze A/R performance to include net collection %, days in A/R, bad debt and credit balance. • Reimbursement Management - Payor relations, reimbursement analysis, reimbursement tracking • Client Interaction - Client meetings, special projects as assigned. • The Operations Manager will have a span of control of 2 supervisors Requirements: * Strong operational understanding of medical billing principles * Individual will be responsible for directing patient accounting and ensuring that A/R performance meets/exceeds established standards specific to the client. * 4 year college degree 2 years experience in management of billing and accounts receivable in Healthcare or Healthcare insurance processing. * 2 years supervisory experience.
