Stable and growing organization in Irvine seeks an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join the team. Successful candidate will have at least two years experience in an Administrative capacity as their most recent position on their resume. Must be deadline driven, career oriented and have a strong work ethic. Some OT may be required. Only candidates with very positive references and advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook need apply. This Administrative position will be cross trained and will assist all Departments with whatever Administrative projects are at hand. This person will also act as the back up Receptionist.
