Job/Project Details: Position supports the VP of Financial for Metrics Supporting all executive level TTA communications including monthly President's Report, Executive committee; corporate presentation; Analyst meeting; Portfolio analysis. Also assist with strategic modeling and financial analysis related to long-term projections and strategic initiatives Work with TTA business units on implementing market focused reporting and analysis, standardization of performance metrics (new sales, retention, etc.) and development of internal and external benchmarking analysis. Lead projects that create valued for TTA including scalable cross TTA initiatives and cost savings programs. Ability to interact with top executives in a professional manner FP&A experience in a corporate finance department Must be a team player with initiative and demonstrated ability to work in a challenging work environment. Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel; Knowledge of Cognos & SAP a plus. Top Three Skills Required: Presentation/Communication Strategic Analytical Need someone to be Smart with Strategic and Analytical Background; Good Presentation and Oral and Written Communication skills as will be presenting and communicating with Executives.
