We are proud to have partnered with a growing and dynamic company in Rosemont that is looking for an Administrative/Executive Assistant. The main responsibilities include, but not limited to: ~ Provides complete administrative support at the Management and VP level. ~ Produces information by formatting, editing, typing, copying, and transmitting/distributing memos, letters, minutes, and presentations. ~Answering and directing phone calls where appropriate. ~Scheduling and preparing for meetings in Outlook. ~Scheduling travel arrangements. ~Processing invoices and preparing expense reports. ~Updated and organizing files when needed. ~Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, express solid communication and problem solving skills, and organizational skills a must.
