Rate: $16 to $16.50/hr Job Description: Support Service Specialist- Senior Level Primary point of contact for lenders selling loans to "Client" Input and review mortgage loan documentation to ensure compliance with all "Client" requirements. The individual in this position must meet production standards set by management. Communicate conditions clearly to "Clients" customers. Proactively contact clients to resolve outstanding conditions. Expedite the funding of loans including following up on outstanding conditions taking all steps necessary to ensure that loans are purchased within established time frames. Clarify conditions and offer alternative ways for "Clients" customers to clear conditions when possible. Candidate must be available to work occasional overtime as well as an occasional Saturday.
