We are currently seeking a TEMPORARY Customer Service Agent with SAP experience for a medical device company located in Franklin Lakes, NJ. THE POSITION WILL BE FOR 6 - 8 WEEKS FOR A SPECIAL PROJECT. Main Role - MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE The Customer Service Agent will work directly under the supervision of Customer Service Specialists. This person will focus on the "back office" (non customer facing) transactional processing. While not limited to the activities below, this person will focus on the following: Order Acknowledgement and Order Confirmation of Receipts Standard Sales Order processing (excluding Credits/Debits/Returns and "Free of Charge" transactions) Customer Samples processing Sales Fulfillment reporting (using SAP R/3, BW and Excel) such as but not limited to the following: Open Orders Open Deliveries Billing Documents (invoices) Blocked Stock Incomplete Orders Customer document filing Day to day management of Customer Service Quick database Responsibilities Execute all transactions in line with current PS operational and Sox procedures Timely status reporting against agreed deliverables Ensure regular communication with all CS Specialists to confirm timely completion of tasks Meet with CS Manager weekly to report progress and identify development areas and immediate challenges For consideration, please apply to www.adeccousa.com and choose the Franklin Lakes, NJ location.
