Responsibilities: Assist the Chairman, President, Chief Financial Officer and the Director of International Legal Affairs with administrative tasks Coordinate office meetings and events Maintain conference room, break room and the kitchen Order food and supplies and make reservations for restaurants and hotels. Answer phones, greet visitors, and sign for packages and letter delivery Make coffee or tea upon request for visitors Photocopy, distribute and file faxes Distribute mail, send express documents and maintain express mail computer files.
