Office Manager/Secretary/Administrative Assistant REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Secretary, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Scores will be asked for when submitting resume), ability to proofread (grammar and spelling), understanding the fundamentals of basic business and professional relationships, organized, disciplined, reliable, diligent, detail oriented, unquestioned integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, self confident and comfortable dealing with clients, ability to analyze and understand analogies, able to work on own, to work in an office with only one other person and, often, to be alone in the office, and professional presentation in person and over the phone DUTIES: Typing including transcribing from dictated tapes, bookkeeping using Quickbooks, paraprofessional activities, drafting letters and emails, filing and copying, calendar maintenance and appointment and reservation making, telephone answering and message taking, travel arrangements, and any additional duties as needed Downtown Pittsburgh Monday through Friday Part Time, with possibility for full time in the future 3 or 5 days a week, 4 hours per day (More hours worked during tax season) Temporary to Permanent Willing to entertain various packages, so that if someone wants/needs health benefits, firm could help provide them, but then actual take-home pay would obviously be affected EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Owner is allergic to tobacco, perfumes/fragrances/scents, cats, and leather. Therefore, someone who lives with a smoker or rides in a car with a smoker, or who has a cat or lives in an apartment where there are cats, will be unacceptable.
