Outbound Customer Service Rep.
Job/Project Details: Candidates will be working on site at a client location in Edison, NJ. Qualified candidates should have Customer Service experience; Outbound calls and Telemarketing experience a plus. This is NOT a sales position. Associates will be calling existing clients in reference to a recent survey sent through the mail that they haven't responded to thus far. Excellent computer skills are required. Assignment runs from August - December 1st, 2009. Training classes are Aug. 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st are 2 weeks in length. Associates must be present for ALL training classes. Hours: Monday-Thursday 6pm-11pm & Saturday 12pm-6pm. Training classes are the same hours as the regular work schedule. Please submit your resume to [email address hidden]
