2 positions 99532 (Lead ) and 99539 (Sr. Analyst) Plano TX location 6+ months Ideal Candidate Ideal Candidate • Quality Center • iSeries/AS400 Required Skills • 5+ years of Systems-Analysis experience • Advanced proficiency with Systems-Analysis tools and processes • Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply concepts, practices and procedures in at least one specialized area of IT • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate to a broad range of Technical and non-Technical audiences • Ability to effectively participate in and lead teams • Strong Facilitation and Meeting-Management skills • Strong SQL and UML Skills Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC processes and methodology. Strong Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements using Use Cases.
