Assist with processing mortgage loans in the consumer real estate fulfillment center of a major bank. Ideal candidates will have experience in the mortgage industry and an interest in furthering their career as a Home Service Specialist to a higher level in the industry. This position includes the responsibility to process loans approved through a computer-based system or by supervisors as well as grants credit signing authority limited to clearing conditions on loans previously approved. Core job responsibilities include: • Verifies customer income documentation • Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances • Processes subordinations • Resolves appraisal disputes • Executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process • Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc Apply today and begin experiencing an exciting, new opportunity!
