Job/Project Details: Adecco is currently screening and interviewing Mortgage Industry Professionals for immediate opportunities at a well established and reputable business in the Farmington, CT area. All qualified candidates will perform the following tasks and have the following skills and experience(s): . Minimum 2 - 3 years of banking/mortgage experience. . Make the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties. . Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines. . Knowledge of processing, underwriting and/or closing procedures and federal lending regulations governing real estate lending. . Verify customer income documentation. . Resolve routine title issues including, but not limited to: o Vesting issues o Child support liens o Judgement liens o Mechanic liens o Undisclosed liens . Resolve appraisal disputes. . Execute closing actions to ensure a time and effective closing process. . Ability to manage a heavy pipeline of loans . Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines . Mortgage and Government processing experience . LPS and AWD familiarity . Maintain a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates and realtors. All candidates will have the following professional profile: . Proven experience working in a production based environment with the ability to meet and maintain company deadlines while showing attention to detail. . Solid work history showing reliability and stability at all former employers. . Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team environment. . Flexibility and willing to work extended hours during potential heavy workload periods. . Self-motivated and highly organized with the proven ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks. . Proficiency using MS Windows and ability to navigate multiple screens. . Proven experience providing outstanding customer service support as may be working with time sensitive information and need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of vendors and management.df-jb
