| Job/Project Details: |
Brea, Calif. Well-known medical parts company is in immediate need of an incentive compensation financial analyst. This associate will administer incentive compensation programs for the commercial operations sales force. Compiles, evaluates, and analyzes incentive compensation information. Ensures compliance with processing of IC plans and policy guidelines. Reviews integrated analysis, projections, and reports. Communicates with incentive compensation team members and other parts of the organizations such as customer service, field personnel, payroll, etc. to compile incentive compensation data. 2 years of incentive compensation analysis required. Initiative and resourcefulness in completing work assignments with limited guidance in a changing environment. Proficiency in MS Access and Excel is a must; knowledge of Oracle or Peoplesoft database is a plus.
