We are looking for loan processors and underwriters for our clients located in Oak Lawn, Woodridge, Downers Grove and Orland Park. Loan Processor will acquire, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to complete the processing of a mortgage loan application and to monitor the loan through closing in accordance with company policies and procedures. Candidates must have 2 years recent residential loan processing experience. Candidates with Government loan processing experience (HUD, VA, and FHA) are ideal. Underwriters will perform residential loan underwriting for all mortgage loan customers, approved loan correspondents and brokers. Employee must review information to ensure that borrower meets all credit and program requirements; all federal, state and local regulations; Prefunding QC requirements; accurate income calculation and acceptance of collateral per appraisal report analysis. Employee approves or denies loans to a maximum of $5000, 000 lending authority. Candidates must have an excellent math aptitude. And a minimum of 1-3 years experience in the field of credit analysis & property/appraisal. Minimum of 3 years loan processing and/or underwriting required.
