Job/Project Details: This position will work with abstract and analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, judgments, tax assessments, and other applicable instruments. Will also review issues of moderate to advanced complexity to determine the status of title or recommendation for further risk assessment. Must demonstrate proofreading skills. Plotting of metes and bounds legal descriptions a plus but not required. Strong understanding of operational procedures for the processing and delivery of electronic title and insurance products. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to work independently; ability to work well in a high-stress environment. 1-3 years title review experience. Experienced in survey review a plus. Capable of identifying encroachments, easements and boundry lines.df-jb
