This Customer Service Position Features: convenient location structured environment stable company Great Pay to $11.05/hr Customer Service Representative REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year experience in a customer service, call center environment, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, EXTREMELY reliable, attendance and tardiness CANNOT HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE IN PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT, able to read a map, detail oriented, willing and comfortable to work in a very structured environment, accurate note taking ability, organized, able to sit 8 hours a day in a call center environment, good written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, and willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed DUTIES: Answer 40 - 100+ calls per day in a call center environment (Average call is 5 minutes and 20 seconds), take accurate notes regarding information being relayed over the phone, reading a map for marking purposes, and any additional duties as needed West Mifflin Temporary to Permanent $11.05 per hour 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with shift rotates working weekends and has different days off during the rotation EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: 5 Week One on One Training Program Structured environment Safety and Accuracy environment Two Step Interview Process: Prescreen resumes, submit to client Client reviews, sets up interview 2nd interview Job Offer Background Investigations: 7 year Statewide Felony/Misdemeanor Social Security Verification Drug Screen Once Full Time, Permanent Employee: 1 week vacation after one year 2 weeks vacation after two years 3 weeks vacation after 5 years 4 weeks vacation after 10 years 6 month probation period once a full time, permanent employee PPO 401K STD-LTD Prescription Plandf-jb |
