Job/Project Details: Ajilon Finance is a leader in Finance recruitment across the Greater Philadelphia area. We are currently in search of qualified Loan Processors with prior loan processing experience. A mortgage client of ours is currently seeking 6 Loan Processors on a temporary to permanent basis for their facility in Marlton, NJ. The loan processor will be responsible for the following: * Makes the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties. * Verifies customer income documentation. * Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances. * Processes subordinations. * Resolves appraisal disputes. * Executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process. * Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc. Candidates MUST have prior experience in the mortgage industry as a processor. 2-3 years of experience is ideal and preferred. Candidate must also be a self-starter since there will be minimal training in this role. This opportunity is a temporary to possible permanent role for qualified processors.df-jb
