Job/Project Details: A manufacturing company located in the Arlington Area is currently seeking an accounting clerk to join their newly expanding company. Duties include, but are not limited to: Verifying and posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records. Preparing statements, invoices, and vouchers. Balancing and Reconciliations. Organizing documents for posting. Making bank deposits. Assisting AP/AR manager with auditing. Qualified candidates will have proficient experience in bookkeeping, AP or AR. This is not strictly a data entry position. You must have experience with journals, general ledger, and so forth. Knowledge of Timberline, Lawson, Peachtree, or Quickbooks is recommended.
