| Job/Project Details: |
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Reporting Analyst! The Efficiency Management Department drives continuous and sustainable cost management activities and behavior changes which are critical to the Bank’s overall profitability. Specifically the Group is responsible for: •Division wide program execution, idea generation and implementation support •Monitoring cost saves progress, resolving issues, etc •Partnering with the Business and Technology to help reduce/avoid spend Efficiency Management Department is made up of a diverse group of Expense/ Efficiency experts that support the CFO in executing the cost control strategy. Main responsibilities include helping drive down costs by supporting EM analysts in the following: •Reporting and Analysis •Generating expense/usage reports and providing analysis used by EM analysts and senior management for tactical and strategic decision making •Monitoring spend activities and identifying opportunities for cost saves •Developing and delivering metrics reporting •Collaborating with Expense/Efficiency Management partners to share ideas •Presenting findings to the Business COOs re: cost allocations, forecasting financial impact of savings initiatives, and gaining feedback on incorporating potential changes into business activities Requirements: •Ability to interface with and help develop high-impact, presentations for senior managers •Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Experience with general ledger systems, data warehouse applications and reporting tools such as Essbase and Business Objects •Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint •Focus on teamwork with strong communication skills •Experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial Accounting and Control; Expense Reporting and Analysis; Financial Planning & Analysis •4-6 years Financial Services or Financial Reporting experience Qualified candidates can submit their resumes to [email address hidden] |
