Work directly with a diverse group of clients (i.e. servicers, attorney vendors and REO brokers). Including internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Foster client relationships by assisting [client] with their daily use of the Invoice Management software application. Address client needs to ensure the maximum benefit of the application and its processes. Assist with internal user acceptance testing and review of documentation for all new application releases prior to deployment. Research issues and recommend corrective actions. Responsibly handle highly confidential and/or sensitive client information. Assist with client profile updates, new client setup, daily balancing/reconciliation, user/password maintenance, and missing or invalid loans. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Two-four years mortgage banking experience preferably with servicing and/or default experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced PC skills. Experience using MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. Self-starter, team player, positive attitude.
