Job/Project Details: Stable and growing food processing company in the Selma, CA area is seeking an Accountant to join their team of professionals. In this position you will have a variety of accounting duties including but not limited to data entry of payables and receivables, reconciliation of grower accounting, filing, answering departmental phones, EDI Claims, bills of lading, customer contact, grower contact and vendor contact. The hours of this position are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and will require Saturday work. To be considered for this position, you must possess advanced MS Word and Excel skills as well as strong typing and data entry and a minimum of 2 years accounting experience. Client is seeking a candidate with a strong and professional personality to handle the multitude of tasks including the management portion of this position. This position will allow you to grow within the company. The ultimate goal is to bring an experienced candidate on board and promote into a management role. Excellent salary and benefits.
