Job/Project Details: Multiple openings in the Irvine area for candidates with recent escrow assistant experience. Please attach your resume in Word format when applying for this position. Looking for candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment, are available to work possible overtime, and pass a background check. REO Escrow Specialist: Job Responsibilities: Coordinate/Process REO Escrow closings. Make sure files are closed on time. Job Experience: Minimum 2 years escrow experience (ESCROW OFFICERS ARE NOT BEING CONSIDERED FOR THIS SPECIFIC POSITION) Must be able to review prelims, contracts, escrow instructions, and deeds. Must have full understanding of the Resale process and ability to review HUDS. Additional info: Need to have at least 2 years experience as an escrow assistant or Jr Escrow Officer, working on settlement statements, reviewing purchase contracts for either REO's or resales. **Need to be working at least 1 year with the same company.df-jb
