Growing, family oriented company in the inland empire is aggressively seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to start immediately. Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. SUMMARY Process time cards for bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees. Job cost all field labor and materials. Prepare and maintain payroll reports. Maintain employee personnel, payroll and medical files. Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department. RESPONSIBILITIES Process bi-weekly payroll including reimbursements, per diem and, garnishment orders Job cost time and materials for invoicing Maintain personnel files and records Process all new hire and termination paperwork Clerical functions as needed EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE o 2 year payroll processing required o Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook o Must type 45wpm and the 10-key by touch o High school diploma or equivalent o Job costing o Knowledge of California Laws and requirements regarding payroll o Knowledge of "Paychex" preferred o Knowledge of Syspro a plus o Bi-lingual a plus No paid Vacation but there are medical benefitsdf-jb
