We currently have a job opportunity for a Bilingual- Spanish Human Resource Manager at our Ogden facility. As the HR Manager you will participate as a strategic member of the SLC Management Team. In this position you will be responsible to develop and strengthen the performance of the HR Team. You will be a leader in a significant cultural change to a high-performing, collaborative environment. Must have experience in developing and implementing high-performing work teams, as well as, experience in increasing employee engagement. Responsible to attract, assimilate, retain and develop talented professional and hourly employees. Experience in all aspects of Human Resources (Compensation and Benefits, Policy Development, Understanding of Labor Law is a necessity. Ability to contribute ideas, improvements, and innovation in HR practices. Extraordinary verbal communication, facilitation and training skills are required.
