Job/Project Details: The right person for this position will be self motivated, have a team oriented attitude with the vision to contribute to the growth and care of the customers. Pricing Specialist Responsibilities: -Serve as a single point of contact for all pricing and contracting questions, internal and external. -Load all contract pricing into the computer system. -Ensure all pricing is reviewed by sales representative and updates provided to customers. -Maintain contract numbering system and alert representatives when contract pricing is due to expire. -Ensure accurate and timely Price Change Notification to customer during contract or company-wide price changes. Customer Service Responsibilities: -Answering incoming phone calls daily. -Entering and processing orders. -Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaint, determining cause of problem, selecting while explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expedition correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. -Assemble and mail out marketing materials. -Support our sales rep network throughout the U.S. and Canada. -Call, e-mail or fax customer order acknowledgments, invoices, and literature. -Address and document service or product related issues. -Help customers with returns, instructions, or product related questions. -Invoice billing review, crediting and re billing, and invoice mail out. -Other duties assigned. Qualifications: -Associates degree required, higher degree or equivalent work experience preferred. -Minimum 2 years of solid customer and contract servicing experience. -Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge, Access a plus. -Prior experience with Enterprise and Customer Relationship Management software systems required. -Excellent customer service and communication skills, truly customer oriented. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to fully integrate within a team environment. df-jb
