Job/Project Details: Responsibilities: The job role we would look to use the closing ops person in would be the auditing and return shipment of signed loan documents to verify they are signed, and executed in a compliant and correct manner. To also verify that recordable documents would meet the requirements of both the county clerk, and our title department in the manner in which they were returned to us. Additional duties would be to review and assist in the correction of recording rejects for recordable documents sent to the county clerk. Prior loan document auditing experience with a lender, or an escrow/ title assistant would be the primary jobs that these skills would be found in. Strong auditing skills, attention to detail, working well under deadlines, and working within a team environment would all be characteristics we would be looking for.
