Necessary Skills: Candidates should have good developer skills in the subject area, ability to create original code and/or examples and downloads for readers to learn about and utilize the concepts relating to the topic. Experience with IBM technologies is essential. Necessary Experience: Experience in the field as a developer or administrator utilizing the programs or hardware/software of the topic is a plus.
