Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters Degree or equivalent work experience. 3-6+ years experience as a Business Analyst performing the identified responsibilities. Full software development life cycle and project coordination experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Unified Processes (use cases, activity & sequence diagrams, etc.) and consulting experience a plus. Enthusiasm to proactively coordinate and take action within a team environment. Energetic customer-facing and conflict resolution skills a strong plus.
