GENERAL JOB FUNCTION: TRASYS, Inc. is currently seeking a Wireless Cisco Engineer to perform site surveys. This is a contract to permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of process, the engineers from time to time, will need to complete some or all of the following deliverables and perform the following services, based on the current project timeline: As-Is and To-Be network design diagrams or data flow diagrams. Installation, moves, adds and changes / configuration of Cisco Networking components. High-level and detailed use cases (Requirements gathering). Design / Implementation / SOP Documentation. Integration and Performance Testing Documentation – Test strategies, plans, scripts and interpretation. Comprehensive onsite backfill training and knowledge transfer of all departing resources. Up to 60% travel will be required. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED: 3-7 years experience as a Cisco Network Engineer CCNP certification (minimum requirement – Tier II) Experienced with Air Magnet tools - Survey / Planner• REQUIRED AutoCAD experience REQUIRED LAN Switching Layer 3 routing Eigrp experience Redundant Design experience Cisco 6509 / 3750 experience / Wireless equipment experience a MUST KEYWORDS: Cisco, CCIE, CCNP, AirMagnet, AutoCAD, WLAN, LAN, Design, Consultative ABOUT TRASYS: Trasys is where your career opportunities become our client's technical solutions.
