TRASYS, Inc. is currently seeking a Telecommunication Support Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide administrative support for the Corporate Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) program. This position will be responsible for telecommunications invoicing/payment, exception report reviews and procurement along with communicating issues and concerns to necessary parties, working with cross functional departments and end users. Will assist in developing a strong relationship with Telecommunications vendors and Expense Management firm. Support the TEM process which includes invoice review, research and payment to validate negotiated rates and discounts are properly applied. Also create cost analysis and usage reports as needed. Support the end-to-end provisioning process (manage and track orders, manage trouble tickets, coordination, communication, follow-up). Build relationships with carrier contacts and maintain internal customer focus. Receive, prioritize and appropriately respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or emails regarding telecom invoicing, installation, equipment or connectivity problems. Support current invoicing process breakdowns with newly implemented processes and work issues to completion. Recommend enhancements to the processes to maximize efficiency. Monitor Telecom Services email for end user questions/problems that result from project communications. Report on the status of open items as needed. Conduct end-user training on vendor provided tools. Perform other duties as assigned by management related to job function. Maintain current knowledge on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of telecommunications equipment.
