Qualifications:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED: •At least 4 years of recent project management experience, with a successful track record for the delivery of IT application projects. •ADP Payroll Enterprise or HR / Payroll system implementation experience are a plus. •Experience managing third party system implementations. •Experience using PMI-based processes to manage projects. •Experience using an industry standard SDLC to manage the construction and delivery of application development projects. •Creative approach to problem solving and the management of projects. •Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization and communication skills required. •Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office applications required.
