  3+ years related work experience
  Experience developing end-to-end business applications
  Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2000 and Visual Studio 2005/2003

  Experience with XML, SOAP, and Web Services
  Understanding of Object-Oriented requirements analysis and design

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
