Required Experience/Skills: - Previous experience in designing a test strategy document for large projects (defined as over 1000 hours in size, over 5 months duration and Cross Business Unit in nature). - 7-10 years of testing application and leadership skills. - Evaluating the resource needs for test execution. - Experience with testing tools and Coordinating testing environments. - Create the test matrix (Requirements Traceability Matrix) and test case survey documents. - Review and design documentation. - Create test cases from design documentation to match the business requirements. - Experience using QTP/automated testing tools. - Previous background in SQL queries. - Work with a demanding user base, capable of communicating to business users. - Work in a variety of technical environments, developing own skill sets to match the changing technological environment. - Lead team on testing specifications.
