Required Experience/Skills:  - 10+ years experience developing in JAVA/J2EE. - Strong Hibernate and Spring Skills. - Excellent Iterative and Agile SDLC. - Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of three or more large scale Java/J2EE projects from end to end. - Proof of being highly a motivated self-starter who solves problems with a business centric view.
