Job/Project Details: Responsibilities: Install and configure various support software Document and monitor existing and new systems Develop and maintain backup procedures policy for all systems Develop, debug and implement software code Troubleshoot new and existing software and systems Assist with training of non-technical personnel systems operation Work with outside vendors and clients to develop applications focused on deployment of voice marketing and/or text messaging campaigns Provide regular status updates to management and to customers Attend regularly scheduled Client Planning and Technical meetings Typical Projects: Set-up and maintain Broadcast Web/Telephony Services and associated demo's Database set-up and maintenance: Operational Reference Database, "Preferred" Language Database including report generation.
