This network operations tech Position Features: Opportunity for an great career Central Location to Tri-City Great Pay to $40K Provides timely and accurate monitoring and communications of the Data Center environment to our customers and the decision makers. Performs tasks and routines essential to Data Center operations, including records and documentation maintenance, system and incident resolution and normal computer / server administration. Demonstrates the flexibility and capability to respond to constantly changing technical environment and departmental needs. Works to enhance and improve technical skills, demonstrated in part by industry technical certifications and trainings. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures. SKILLS: Basic to intermediate networking and computer skills. Excellent technical troubleshooting,problem solving,communication skills,and both written and verbal skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to change and adapt to changing schedules , technical needs, and multiple tasks. EXPERIENCE: 6+ months experience in a technical support or computer / network administration position (IT, IS, CIS). EDUCATION: Associates degree or equivalent combination and/or experience in related field. Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+.
