Business Analyst - Consumer Marketing Technology Job Description: This position will be responsible for leading the process of gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for the global consumer marketing system (eCRM). This individual will work closely with system users and engineering team to define requirements for new system developments, including the application features and complex analytical reporting. Sr. Business analyst will also be responsible for structured and reliable communication between business users of the system and engineering team on the issues of support, operations, training, etc. Responsibilities: * Interview business users, develop and write detailed business and functional requirements documents, wireframes, storyboards, workflow diagrams for requested system enhancements and new features requests * Ensure that development team has a complete understanding of the requirements and adequately addresses them in the development process * Assist QA in development user-acceptance test plans and sign-off document and procedures * Work with users and engineering team to identify and prioritize opportunities for system enhancement * Work with third parties (artist management firms, IT service providers) to enable and support web site integrations * Work with counterparts and business users internationally. * Work with the data warehousing team to deliver business users required analysis and reporting * Communicate to the end users release notes, system maintenance information, etc. * Conduct competitive market research in the areas of email and mobile marketing, privacy issues, etc. Skills Profile * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Excellent analytical skills * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Highly organized, self-starter with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task Experience/Knowledge Required: * 4-6 years experience in a software development / IT environment * 4-6 years experience in a technical, client-facing roles * Experience with software product development lifecycle methodologies and practices * Well versed in Web 2.0 models, API, Web Services * Knowledge of email and mobile marketing and CRM is a BIG PLUS. Prior experience with email campaign management software or services is a plus. * Knowledge of internet, and associated web technologies * Working knowledge of SQL, ability to run basic queries and perform data analysis Perm Salary Range is 90-100Kdf-jb
