Job/Project Details: Customer Service in a call center making out bound calls verifying orders and shipments. Must be ok with up selling products. If you have experience working in a call center doing customer service then please call right away. Looking for 2 years stability and would like to be trained to work in a call-center. Responsible for the sales and representation of company products to current customers and prospective customers via inbound and outbound calling. Communication: 1) Proper phone etiquette to be used on every phone call: Thank customers for calling and for their orders. 2) Plan workday so that all calling goals are met and exceeded by completing all scheduled calls each day, and assisting on inbound calls as needed. 3) Keep accurate track of all Incremental Sales and turn in at the end of each day. 4) Maintain neat and organized workstation. 5) Post in plain view all product information including codes, price lists, descriptions, etc. 6) Data Entry accuracy goal is 100% to insure that correct products are ordered for each customer. df-jb
