| Job/Project Details: |
Global Gaming company has an immediate need for a qualified Tech Support Rep. Position responsibilities include: Responsible for level-1 IT Help desk support through the support call center. Engineers will take calls, enter issues into the help desk tracking system and will attempt to solve the problem on first contact. If problem cant be solved, the engineer will pass the call to a level-2 engineer. Issues may involve support for desktops/laptops, operating systems, servers, applications and remote access systems. Responsible for resetting user passwords and voice mail accounts. Responsible for monitoring server and application systems and responding to alerts as needed. Resolves issues in a timely manner and enters resolution into the help desk tracking system as needed. Responsible for set up of new users on the network. Determines access, establishes passwords and new user accounts as required. The incumbent provides similar services when a user transfers to a new department. He/she also disables accounts when a user terminates employment. A+ and Microsoft Certifications preferred. Ideal candidate will have "world wide" experience. Excellent Benefits. Apply Today!!df-jb |
